Control Kaltura Video Display
Kaltura allows users to record videos with two video feeds. This is a picture-in-picture (PIP) video. An example is when an instructor records her webcam (video of herself) as well as her computer screen (which could be showing a presentation, website, diagram, etc.).
Available Buttons
When viewing a PIP video, the viewer can control how the two video feeds display using buttons on the video. The buttons appear on the left upper area of the video when the viewer's mouse hovers over the video. The image below shows the available buttons.
- Click the reverse arrows swap the smaller video and larger video. Click again to swap back.
- Single View. Click this button to remove the PIP and view only the larger video.
- Side-by-Side. Click this button to display both video feeds at equal size, next to one another.
- Picture-in-picture. If in Single view, click this button to restore PIP.
